Appointments are reserved specifically for you and are intentionally paced to allow for attentive, unrushed care. Please arrive on time, as late arrivals may result in a shortened service to respect the schedule of the day.

Consistent maintenance is essential for nail health and longevity. Services booked outside the recommended maintenance window may require a reset or service adjustment.

To maintain consistency and quality, structured gel fills are not accepted on work done by other providers. I will remove product from foreign set and start a new set. This will be booked as a Remove and Reset service.

I reserve the right to modify or decline a service if nail or skin health would be compromised. Recommendations are always made with your long-term care in mind.

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Cancellations made within 24 BUSINESS HOURS will be charged 100% fee.
